David Hopp, is a 28 year veteran of the Maryland State Police and achieved the rank of Captain. He is also a veteran of the
United States Marine Corps.  He is a certified Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) and a member of the American Society for
Industrial Security.  David is highly decorated and has extensive command, patrol and tactical experience and was a key
Maryland State Police policy maker. His experience includes commanding operations at the Forensic Sciences Division, Human
Resources Division and supervising Counterintelligence and Anti-Terrorism State Police contingency teams for the National
Security Agency and regional criminal patrol forces. David served in either a command or supervisory capacity for 21 of his 28
years with the Maryland State Police.

In addition to his command and supervisory experience, David Hopp has extensive experience in criminal interdiction, tactical
team maneuvers, crowd control, and security operations. He was the Security Director for the Maryland State Police Forensic
Sciences Laboratory system that included a 66K sq ft laboratory, two regional chemistry laboratories and 13 regional crime
scene laboratory locations throughout Maryland. He is the author of the laboratory’s Security Procedures Manual directing all
facets of security and security response. He is certified by the Federal Government in the National Incident Command system
and has provided operational oversight during highly sensitive public events. Additionally, he is certified to conduct blended
CPR, AED and First Aid certification training.
David Hopp is a member in good standing of the Nine Lives Associates, a global network of protection professionals providing executive protection services throughout
the world. He is a personal protection practitioner and provides executive protection for ultra high net worth clients, political leaders and their families.

David also has 22 years of experience managing private security details including those in the hospitality, residential, retail, tourist and commercial industries.

David brings to CPG’s clients integrity, fairness, professional service and a keen understanding of what it takes to achieve a mission, no matter the environment or
challenge, all while being sensitive to the needs of corporate and political leaders, employees, customers and visitors.

William (Bill) brings to Centennial Protection Group, LLC (CPG) greater than 45 years of management experience.  Bill
has financially lead major corporations both domestically and internationally.

Bill is a former National Vice President of the Institute of Management Accounts (IMA) where he distinguished himself as a
financial management leader.   Bill was also the Baltimore and Potomac/Chesapeake Chapter President and  the IMA’s
recipient of the 2000 Financial Executive of the year award.

Lemonia (Lea) is a current Registered Nurse with Johns Hopkins Hospital and brings to Centennial Protection Group,
LLC (CPG) many years of Human Resource management experience.

Lea was a Human Resources Director for a major international corporation and brings this talent to manage the CPG
Human Resources Section.
